Who am I, you ask?
About: Image
I began my journey with UX at Bentley University. I received my undergraduate degree in anthropology from James Madison University and have always had a desire to learn about people. I have a passion for science and healthcare and a knack for connecting with others. Following my undergraduate degree, I worked in property management where people are very vocal about what they do and do not want. I found myself always trying to think of new ways our property could stand out from the others and quickly developed skills in defining what type of customer I was working with.

From there, I made my way into the healthcare industry as a special projects coordinator for a non-profit organization. I was brought on to discover new ways to communicate educational information to both healthcare providers and patients. Having to accommodate two opposite "user" groups was both challenging and rewarding.

Through my education at Bentley, I have only increased my interest in finding out the who, what, why, where, when and how about people. With an interest in UX research, I hope to use my professional and educational skills to discover and improve the usablility of products and maybe improve lives along the way.
